Through an agreement with the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Co. (PRIDCo), Actavis is investing $48 million in a solid dosage manufacturing and packing facility at its Manati site and will expand its current hormone production in Fajardo.   The expansion will create as many as 300 new jobs during a three-year period.
